About Anzen

Anzen Infrastructure Technologies (“Anzen” or “AIT”) has been founded to develop AI-powered solutions that add value in the delivery of construction projects and the operation of infrastructure assets.

Our team has developed a platform that enhances and evolves the performance of Health, Safety & Environment [HSE] tasks and reporting, by using computer vision and machine learning at the construction site, in conjunction always with the implementation of best practices in the field and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Our AI model is constantly trained in real on-site conditions, while the platform has been developed through iterations of feedback received from experienced groups of targeted end-users (including Owners, Project Managers, Construction Managers, HSE Experts and Site Engineers).

Future-proof technology

At the core of the system is the real-time feed from cameras that are installed at the premises of the site. Enhanced with our AI-powered solution, field operators and/or managers have the benefit to monitor real-time the activities on site and performance in relation to an array of HSE tasks that need to be supervised, flagging and recording any non-conformances (NCRs) (see Warnings & Alerts).Notably, our solution has been developed to function even with customary CCTV that is commercially available. Advanced cameras technologies and drones can be used to augment capabilities, subject always to the Client’s requirements and/or the site’s particular characteristics (infrastructure, building components or landscape areas).

Using AI that complements and augments human capabilities, our solution generates immediately ‘warnings’ and ‘alerts’ notifications depending on the calibration / categorization of a particular incident (e.g. lack of PPE, Work in Restricted Areas, Fire, etc.). The parameters that trigger the issuance of ‘warnings’ or ‘alerts’ are user-defined, as flexibility is key to address different owner requirements for each project and/or site. Hence, mobile notifications are immediately sent to the designated field operator(s) and/or manager(s), together with the associated record (snapshot) for their corresponding actions, which are also logged on to the system.

The system produces advanced actionable analytics derived from a wealth of available datasets, indicatively including: Types of non-conformances and related data (site area, time, etc.), headcount, environmental parameters (e.g. noise, dust) and many more. These analytics feed into automated Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting. The structure and content of reports can be adjusted to the needs of any given project, in support also of robust contract management.

Our team, having leveraged our extensive experience in open and future proof system integration, has ensured the design of the Anzen platform based on adaptable and future-proof technologies and state of the art secure IoT and smart sensor integrations.
